Chris Cooper, a native Delawarean and founding Board Member of the USS Delaware Association, lives in Dover, DE with his wife of 15 years, Sara, their nephew, Alex, and their 2 dogs, Paisley and Rooney.

Chris works in the homebuilding industry as a Construction Manager with Caruso Homes. His background includes government and non-profit experience with fundraising, community and constituent relations, and campaign management.  Outside of his professional career, Chris continues his passion in these areas dedicating his time to philanthropic endeavors including current service as President of the Dover Days Committee, Director of Student Activities for the American Legion Department of Delaware Boys State Program, and committee member for A to Z Cycles Charitable Foundation.
