Born and raised in Dover Delaware, Andy served more than 20 years in the US. Navy in Hawaii on the USS Sargo (SSN-583), USS Puffer (SSN 652), and USS Helena (SSN 725).  Andy finished his career in Connecticut, serving on the USS Hartford (SSN 768) and the staff of Commander, Submarine Group II. Andy recently retired from the City of Dover, where he served as the Director of Information Technology. Andy is married to Dr. Velvet (Voshell) Siegel. They have five grown children and a growing number of grandchildren.
